Get on the trail
Your teams set off on an outdoor team building expedition in the footsteps of ancient civilisations. Equipped with a wooden explorer’s case and a tablet with an interactive map, they navigate key locations, crack puzzles and hunt for hidden gold. At supervised active stations, teams master physical challenges – our game masters award the points on the spot.
Following the Aztecs – the story
Archaeologists have discovered mysterious artefacts of the Maya and Aztecs. With the journal of 19th-century explorer John Flinders, your teams decode symbols, analyse objects and uncover the secrets of a forgotten world – one puzzle at a time.
A premium outdoor game, tailor-made for your location
Up to 100 people play at the same time in teams of 6–8, each starting at a different checkpoint. As a premium outdoor game, the trail is designed for your venue: we inspect the location in advance and build the course individually. On the event day, we need 2–3 hours to set up. Up to 30 participants, at least two game masters run the game; for larger groups, we plan the team on request. For even larger events, all three of our games together host up to 300 people.
Challenge your teams outdoors
The number of tasks adapts to your group size: at least 20 skill and logic challenges themed around Maya and Aztec culture, and around 30 for larger corporate groups.
The perfect gear for outdoor team building
Each team receives a traveller’s case and a tablet with a dedicated app – interactive map, countdown, live score and virtual keys for tasks and hints. The case contains the explorer’s diary, story items and space to collect totems, talismans and gold coins. For night editions, we add headlamps, flashlights and atmospheric LED lanterns.
Looking for an outdoor team building idea in Switzerland?
We set up the trail wherever suits you – in a park, an old town, on hotel grounds or on your company premises.
Why outdoor team building works
Fresh air, movement and a shared mission: outdoor team building gets everyone involved, strengthens relationships and reveals individual strengths. After around two hours of exploration and brain-teasers, the team with the most points wins – and everyone leaves with a story to remember.
Your strategy, your score
There is no fixed route: teams read the map, interpret clues and decide for themselves where to go next. Do they focus on logic puzzles, take on the active stations or go all-in on the gold hunt? Every decision counts – and the live score on the tablet shows how the competition is going. It’s exactly this mix of planning, communication and quick decisions that makes outdoor team building so effective.
You say team event, we say teamwork
On the Maya and Aztec trail, teams manage their time, set priorities and choose their strategy. Thanks to fully weather-resistant equipment – and rain ponchos for everyone if needed – the game runs almost all year round, by day or as an atmospheric night edition. Points from puzzles, physical tasks and treasures are added up at the end – a motivating competition with clear insight into how each team performs.
