Corporate team events

Build a machine

In this immersive team‑building game, participants work in groups of 6–8 and have 120 minutes to unlock a series of physical, logical and digital challenges hidden inside wooden chests. Each team receives a chest with four sealed compartments and a tablet running a dedicated augmented reality app. By cracking codes, solving puzzles and using the AR tools, teams collect the key components needed to assemble a model of Leonardo da Vinci’s siege machine. Every group tackles the same style of puzzles, but each team earns different construction pieces. The only way to complete the invention is for all teams to share their results and collaborate – turning individual problem‑solving into a powerful, large‑scale team effort for your corporate events in Switzerland.

The game story line

Leonardo da Vinci, the iconic mind of the Renaissance, is at the heart of this corporate team‑building experience. Participants step into the role of curious historians who uncover an old chest once owned by the Master, forgotten in a room of his former workshop in Florence. Inside the chest they discover scattered clues: handwritten notes, coded messages, maps, unusual mechanisms and a detailed drawing of a siege machine created by Leonardo. Working together in teams, players must decipher the codes, recover the essential components and, through collaboration, bring the legendary invention to life. This immersive storyline turns your team event in Switzerland into a smart, hands‑on exploration of creativity and problem‑solving.

Da Vinci inspired!
He explored in many fields - the four suitcases, mirror his myriad hobbies

The beauty of nature, mathematics, the anatomy of the human body, as well as painting and astronomy. Enter the world of the great Master and face the tasks left by him, during your corporate event.

Complete the components and build the model

Inside each suitcase are codes that unlock hidden drawers, revealing the pieces needed to assemble a working model of Leonardo da Vinci’s machine. Finding these elements and completing the construction is a shared mission for all teams. As the game progresses, the dynamic shifts: what begins as friendly competition quickly turns into full cooperation, with every team contributing its parts and insights to achieve a single, collective success.

Augmented reality at your event

Beyond the logic and dexterity challenges, this team‑building game also integrates augmented reality, blending the physical and digital worlds. The AR layer deepens immersion, creates surprising moments and gives participants even more ways to interact with the puzzles, the story and each other during your corporate event in Switzerland. Augmented reality, one of the most advanced interactive technologies available today, adds a real “wow” factor to the experience, especially for participants who have never tried it before. Through the dedicated app, teams can see elements invisible to the naked eye while also tracking their progress on screen, making the game more immersive, intuitive and engaging from start to finish.

The best corporate events formula

A team building attraction that we will organize for you in any space – hotel, restaurant, office and outdoors. The best solution for your corporate events

An escape room enclosed in suitcases

Whether you’re hosting a large event in a hotel or restaurant, or simply want a team‑building activity that’s easy to run at the office, Vinci Chest is a flexible solution for corporate events across Switzerland. It captures the best elements of an escape room and packs them into portable chests, enhanced by a dedicated augmented reality app. For 120 minutes, teams face a series of interconnected tasks and puzzles, all hidden within one mysterious chest. The format encourages collaboration, sharpens communication and creates a memorable shared experience that participants continue to talk about long after the game ends.

Collaboration is the real key

At first, teams focus on solving the puzzles in their own chests, unlocking new compartments and collecting construction elements. Gradually, they discover that progress depends on sharing information and resources with other teams. In the final stage, selected “engineers” combine all gathered pieces to assemble a 1:18 scale model of Leonardo da Vinci’s siege machine, a powerful, visual outcome of the entire group’s teamwork during your corporate event in Switzerland.
